JP&P Board Profiler
04Color affects every workflow, so every workflow needs process standardization and color management.
JP&P performs process standardization and calibration of display monitors, proofing printers and offset printing presses to ISO 39 standards, with regular cross-checks and corrective actions. Board profiles are created using the automated X-Rite i1iO Pro 3 spectrophotometer to match color according to board changes. Press standardization and board profiling occur every six months, adjusting for board and chemical changes to ensure consistent color output.

JP&P bring consistent print results across print runs with X-Rite/Pantone Intellitrax Scanning System and confirm prints are run as per ISO 39 or Gracol Standards.
Digital hard proofs printed with different paper simulations — folding box board, duplex board, kraft board, grey board — within delta E 3.
Best achievable quality on different packaging substrates by simulating ISO 39 coated paper results, with every job compared against its digital proof.
JP&P can print CMYK & Spot Colors within delta E less than 3 and ensure TVI’s & Gray Balance is within strict ISO 12647-2 tolerance.
X-Rite Ink Formulation Software ensures spot colors are mixed within Delta E 2.
